About This Session
This course is designed to empower parents with the strategies needed to communicate effectively with their children. Participants will explore the role of communication as a vital parenting tool, identify harmful communication styles, and master the principles of assertive communication. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, parents will gain insights into communicating clearly, listening actively, and expressing feelings openly. The course also covers techniques for managing conflict, giving and receive praise, and acknowledging one’s own role in family dynamics. By the end of this course, parents will be equipped to build stronger, more respectful, and positive relationships with their children.
