Training Center Manager & Facilitator

Tiffany Angoco

Tiffany is a seasoned training and leadership development professional with over 25 years of diverse business experience. Her passion for development began with Child Development studies at California State University, Fresno, and has evolved into a career focused on training and leadership development. As the proprietor and training consultant at TA Learning & Development, Tiffany designs customized training programs that empower professionals to reach their full potential. Her recent role as L&D Manager at DFS Mid-Pacific Region further solidified her expertise. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tiffany supported small businesses as an Independent Business Advisor for the Pacific Islands Small Business Development Center Network (PISBDCN), offering guidance to navigate the crisis. A strong advocate for early childhood development, Tiffany’s facilitation at G.E.C.C.A. focuses on child development theory, practical applications, family and community engagement, and professional and ethical conduct in childcare settings.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Retail Management and a Master of Business Administration. She is deeply committed to her community, serving as Treasurer of the Santa Barbara Catholic School Parent Teacher Officers Association and most recently as President of the Guam Air National Guard Family Readiness Group. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (Guam Chapter) and The National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi).

Certified Life Coach and Wellness Coach

Sarah Larkin

Born and raised in the East Bay of San Francisco, California, Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications with a focus on Global Studies from Liberty University. During her time there, she met her husband, Sam, and was introduced to his home—the beautiful island of Guam.

​

After graduating, she discovered her passion for life coaching and earned her certification through Creative Results Management. Since then, she has gained experience in management and personal development across various industries, including coaching, hospitality, retail, and ministry. Before relocating to Guam, she managed childcare programs at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas, while also assisting in the care of her husband’s grandmother.

Alongside her husband—a chiropractor—she is passionate about educating others on whole-person wellness. As a wellness coach at Larkin Family Chiropractic, she enjoys helping individuals develop healthier, more balanced lives. She believes that prioritizing physical health, environment, and mindset can create practical strategies for reducing stress and fostering overall well-being.

Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, fitness, connecting with friends, and reading a good book—always welcoming recommendations.

Instructor - CPR & First Aid

Corine Chaco

Corine brings 19 years of distinguished service in the medical field through her career in the United States Air Force (Guard and Reserve). She currently serves as the Superintendent of Aerospace Medicine for the 624th Aerospace Medicine Flight, overseeing clinical operations, training, and the medical readiness of over 200 airmen.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and an Associate’s degree in Allied Health Science, Corine combines leadership and healthcare expertise to drive impact both within the military and her local community. As a decorated veteran with numerous military honors, her commitment to excellence and service is evident.

Beyond her military career, Corine is a dedicated small business owner, empowering Guam’s community by providing life-saving Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications. She has coordinated major community service efforts, including supply drives for schools on Guam and in neighboring islands, public health outreach events, and health readiness events for the Guam National Guard.

Passionate about advancing women in business, Corine champions female leadership and entrepreneurship, especially among veterans. She actively supports the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce’s vision by advocating for equal participation, offering mentorship, and expanding access to vital resources for women striving to succeed in business.

Instructor - Compliance & Safety

Remiliza Oriondo-Cruz

Remiliza is an expert trainer and consultant specializing in compliance, health, and sanitation. With over 10 years of public health expertise, she founded RIO Consultants & Trading, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complexities of obtaining essential licenses and permits to operate legally and successfully in Guam. As a former Environmental Public Health Officer at the Department of Public Health and Social Services, she has provided guidance, training, and evaluations for health-regulated establishments, such as food facilities, childcare centers, and schools, ensuring that businesses meet all regulatory standards.

Remiliza is a certified Basic Training-A Trainer and exam proctor, educating and certifying clients on the safe handling of general-use pesticides in compliance with U.S. EPA and Guam EPA standards. She also instructs the ServSafe Food Protection Manager course, proctors the ServSafe Manager Certification Examination, and conducts tailored food safety training to meet the specific needs of businesses. Her extensive qualifications include certifications as a Certified Food Professional in Food Safety, a Certified Food Protection Manager, and a CORE and Category 7 Certified Pesticide Applicator for industrial, institutional, and health-related facilities. Additionally, she is trained in HACCP management, which allows her to review and certify HACCP plans for food facilities serving high-risk populations such as preschool-aged children and seniors.

Passionate about empowering the next generation of women leaders, Remiliza is actively involved with Soroptimist International of Guam, where she participates in initiatives to support and uplift young women on the island. Her commitment to both professional excellence and community empowerment makes her a trusted advisor for businesses in Guam looking to enhance their operations while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Barbie Jane Agahan

Barbie Jane Agahan is a experienced trainer and coach with a heart for helping people rediscover their passion and purpose. With a master’s degree in marketing and human resources and over a decade of experience in leadership development and training, Barbie specializes in creating engaging, impactful sessions that blend education with energy, laughter, and heart.


As the founder of itsBarbieJane, LLC, a training and development company, Barbie has worked with professionals across various industries—bringing a unique blend of empathy, enthusiasm, and real-world insight to every room she enters. Her mission is to recharge, inspire, and remind individuals of their worth and impact, especially those working in caregiving and service-driven
fields. Participants love her fun, interactive style and leave her sessions feeling valued,
empowered, and ready to take on the world with renewed purpose.

Instructor - Technology & AI

Timothy Baza

Timothy Baza attended George Washington High School in Guam, where his passion for technology took shape. He spent his early years building computers, troubleshooting networks, and experimenting with programming, fueled by his love for video games, music, and the internet. His interests led him to the University of Guam, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, further honing his problem-solving skills.

 

He began his career at Coast360 Federal Credit Union, spending 15 years as an IT Supervisor, where he specialized in network security, compliance, automation, and disaster recovery. He played a critical role in safeguarding the credit union’s IT infrastructure, ensuring operational stability, and leading major IT projects. He now works with Big Fish Creative, AdSense, managing GIAA Digital Signage, where he oversaw advertisement-driven digital signage networks at the airport. His work involved managing remote content scheduling, troubleshooting, and optimizing digital ad displays, ensuring seamless operation for businesses and travelers.

 

Beyond his professional career, Timothy explores AI, AI-assisted music, data analytics, and software development, integrating these technologies into his creative and technical pursuits. A lifelong learner and problem solver, he continues to push the boundaries of innovation, blending strategic thinking with creative expression in every aspect of his work.
