About the Training
About This Course:
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (GEPA) requires all individuals who apply general-use antibacterials, antimicrobials, sanitizers, fungicides, disinfectants, and pesticides as part of their occupational duties to complete the Basic Training - A course and obtain a 3-year certification card. This training covers the proper use, handling, and disposal of these chemicals, along with the correct use of personal protective equipment, to ensure safe and compliant practices in the workplace. The course may also be tailored to meet the specific needs for your work setting.
Note:
Please be advised that the cost of the training and examination is $150.00. The BT-A card, issued upon passing the exam, costs an additional $15.00, payable separately to Treasurer of Guam, c/o Guam EPA.
