About This Course:
Food-borne illness can happen anytime and anywhere. Preschool-aged children are at higher risk of getting food-borne illness and may experience severe symptoms. We can prevent this by practicing good hygiene and proper food handling procedures. This 2-hour course will serve as a review for the DPHSS Food Safety Health Certificate exam.

Open to employees at all levels who handle food at childcare facilities
Open to anyone seeking to renew their certification or stay updated on the latest DPHSS requirements
