About This Course:

This introductory training equips participants with the fundamental skills necessary to effectively observe, document, and interpret the behavior and learning of children from birth through age eight. Participants will learn various systematic observation methods to accurately track developmental milestones across the cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical domains. The course emphasizes how to use objective documentation to inform curriculum planning, support individualized learning, and foster strong, responsive relationships with young children.
